General Terms

Last updated: 2025-10-01

1. Agreement

These General Terms govern access to mesh-connecto.digital and any professional services Mesh Connecto agrees to deliver in writing. By requesting information or submitting forms, you confirm you have authority to bind your organisation where applicable.

2. Services scope

Descriptions on this site summarise typical engagements. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a signed statement of work. Mesh Connecto may refuse work that conflicts with law, professional ethics, or existing confidentiality duties.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients supply accurate data, timely approvals, and secure channels for transfers. You warrant that sharing materials does not violate third-party rights. Delayed inputs may shift schedules without constituting Mesh Connecto breach.

4. Intellectual property

Pre-existing Mesh Connecto methodologies remain ours. Bespoke deliverables transfer as stated in your contract—default is a non-exclusive licence to use outputs internally unless sale of templates is expressly purchased. No reverse engineering of internal tooling.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information using reasonable care. Exceptions include information already public, independently developed, or legally compelled disclosures (with prompt notice when allowed).

6. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Mesh Connecto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to a twelve-month period caps at fees paid for that period unless mandatory law states otherwise.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Seoul Central District Court hold non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a separate contract specifies arbitration.

8. Termination and changes

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the statement of work. We may update these site terms periodically; material changes will be posted with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of non-material updates.
