Data Protection

Last updated: 2025-10-01

1. Controller

Mesh Connecto (contact: studio@mesh-connecto.digital) is the controller for personal data collected through mesh-connecto.digital and related intake forms.

2. Data categories

We may process identity and contact data (name, email, company), message content, technical logs (IP, device type, browser), and cookie identifiers where permitted.

3. Purposes

Data is used to respond to enquiries, operate the website, improve content relevance, secure systems, and comply with law.

4. Legal bases (reference framework)

Where GDPR concepts assist multinational clients, we rely on legitimate interests for site operations, contract preparation for prospective services, and consent where banners request analytics storage.

5. Retention

Form submissions are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for active projects or legal holds. Logs rotate on a ninety-day cycle unless security investigations require longer retention.

6. Recipients and processors

Infrastructure and email providers may process data under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

If data leaves Korea, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or supplier certifications appropriate to the transfer.

8. Security measures

We apply TLS in transit, access controls, and least-privilege administration. No method is perfectly secure; you share information at your own informed risk.

9. Your rights

Under applicable Korean privacy statutes (including PIPA where relevant) you may request access, correction, deletion, or processing restriction subject to legal exceptions. Contact studio@mesh-connecto.digital to exercise rights.

10. Children and policy updates

This site is not directed to children under fourteen. Updates appear with a new “last updated” date. Material changes to processing will be communicated where law requires.
