Returns & Refunds

Mesh Connecto provides professional services, not mass-market consumer goods. Refund eligibility depends on your signed statement of work and mandatory consumer protections under Republic of Korea law, including the Framework Act on Consumers where applicable.

Where the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies and a statutory cooling-off right exists, you may withdraw within seven days of contract conclusion unless work has begun with your written request.

For qualifying prepaid retainers not yet consumed, you may request cancellation within fourteen days of invoice payment if no deliverable milestones have been approved in writing. Partial completion may reduce refundable amounts.

Third-party disbursements (licensed data, courier fees, venue bookings), completed workshops, and deliverables already accepted are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

Email studio@mesh-connecto.digital with invoice reference, reason, and banking details. We acknowledge within five business days.

Approved refunds are initiated within fifteen business days via the original payment rail where possible; otherwise KRW wire per your instructions.

Force majeure, client breach, or regulatory prohibition may void refund rights. Disputes follow the governing law clause in your contract or General Terms.
