FAQ

Procurement-ready answers — with limitations called out

Engagements

How quickly can Mesh begin after procurement approves?

Most frameworks start within three weeks once data access agreements are countersigned. Faster starts require pre-cleared distributor feeds.

Do you embed inside our offices?

Hybrid by default: two Seoul workshops, then remote synthesis. Full-time embedding is available only under a separate retainer.

Data

Which cloud regions do you support?

We follow your tenant policy — typically Seoul or Tokyo regions. We do not insist on hosting customer data inside Mesh infrastructure.

What if a distributor refuses APIs?

We fall back to signed CSV drops with checksum manifests. We cannot invent missing sell-out rows.

Deliverables

Can agencies edit the Evidence Atlas directly?

Read-only access is default. Write access requires training and is limited to named agency leads.

Will you sign our paper MSAs?

Yes, after commercial alignment. Legal review may add two weeks to kickoff — plan accordingly.

Limitations

What do you explicitly not cover?

We do not run consumer intercepts, fabricate regulatory advice, or replace TPM accrual engines. Those stay with specialised partners.

Are satisfaction scores audited?

Figures cited on this site blend client surveys and internal retrospectives — not a Big Four attestation.

Commercial

How are expenses handled?

Pass-through courier, venue, and licensed data fees appear on invoices with receipts; service fees stay separate.

Can we purchase a single module?

Yes, though Heatbands and Radar are materially stronger when paired with the Photolog Standard.
