Tagging POSM evidence without drowning your DAM

Retail teams often treat digital asset management as a creative archive, while trade controllers need forensic order. The friction shows up when a regulator asks for every photo tied to a specific wobble promotion and filenames look like “final_FINAL_busan2.jpg.”
We start by mapping your DAM’s mandatory fields to the Mesh evidence ladder—corridor, fixture archetype, SKU cluster, and capture time window. That mapping is boring work, but it prevents downstream chaos when the Executive Liquidity Deck pulls thumbnails automatically.
During pilots in Nowon-gu and Songpa, we learned that bilingual tags fail when English synonyms sneak into Korean briefs. Our compromise keeps English machine keys with Hangul display labels only in reviewer interfaces, not in the underlying CSV feeds.
If you only adopt one habit this quarter, make it hash-stamping nightly bundles. Even if your DAM cannot store hashes yet, a sidecar manifest gives legal and finance the same checksum conversation.
